Reviews for Three Handle Widespread Waterfall Roman Tub Faucet with Hand Shower, Chrome After installation we were very disappointed. The waterfall wasn't a waterfall at all. Instead, the water splattered all over the bathtub, especially to the sides-even to the floor. The water just shot in all directions - nothing like the picture at all. We did like the handles and the sprayer. So we decided not to return it. We went to homedepot instead and bought a new spout (another 129$)that matched the set. The waterfall spout is not working at all. My husband even tried to "bend" it a little bit to see if we could adjust the flow - no success. After 2 hrs. of playing with it we gave up. I would not recommend it at all.

After reviewing, the company LightInTheBox contacted me and generously offered a refund of the 129$ that I had to spend for the other spout that we bought.
Very nice gesture. I told them that it wasn't their fault because I never contacted them or returned the item.
They stated that they will do some quality control with the faucet to see what the problem is. Again, very nice gesture!

Reviews for Three Handle Widespread Waterfall Roman Tub Faucet with Hand Shower, Chrome I was a bit hesitant at first after the mixed reviews but I am happy with this purchase. I ordered it at 5pm and installed it the next evening (Amazon rocks). The faucet looks great and feels sturdy. I doubt the valves are as good as $500+ competitive products, but I installed my tub in a way that everything is very accessible in case I need to swap it out in a few years.
Installaion was a piece of cake. I needed to buy some longer hoses since I spaced all fixtures 6 inches apart (for a total of 24 inches from the cold control to the shower head, but everything else was simple. After the initial installation, I had an issue with consistent waterflow out of the spout. I realized though that this was due to some particles left in the pipes after construction. I should have cleared the hoses first before hooking them up to the spout. A few small pieces got lodged in the small gap (about 1/16th of an inch wide) of the spout and I used a toothpick to pull them all out. Happy to say that the flow of my faucet now looks like the one in the picture.
I installed the spout without the distance holder on the bottom and it now lies flush with the rim of the whirlpool. Some silicone underneath and it looks as if it came with the tub. The handles are substantial (heavy) and I knew what to expect from the shower handle. It is described as plastic, and that is exactly what you get. Probably won't hold up too long but it looks good for now and won't ding up the tub if it gets dropped.
